    Modgud's Blade (First Boss in Grim Batol) and Hermit's Lamp (JP) for hit.
    Blade of the Burning Sun from Rajh if you don't need hit.

    From raids theres an off-hand off Halfus in BoT, thats the only one I know of. Theres main hands off magmaw and valiona (the second bot boss), probably others but their by far the easiest to get.

    BWD trash also drops Maldo's Sword Cane, if you are lucky you can find one on the AH.
