cat/stealth macro help

looking for some cat lvling macros, any suggestions would be nice, but the main one im looking for is one that will cast cat form, then if im in cat form cast stealth.

ty, for those who jus dinged lvl 8 or 16, cat form is stance 1 when u have only catform, stance 2 when u get bearform

i only use macro's becase i am out of space on my actionbur. for example i got cower macro'ed under shift + FB

and i got skull bash macro'ed under shift + feral change, and stampeding raor under shift + savage raor :P

i so have a macro that will use either shadow meld or prowl
something like

/cast [stance:3] Prowl; Shadow Meld

come to think about it i can probely make it cast Shadow Meld in combat aswel so i can hide when things go back whitout shifting out first, (as shadow meld automagicly shift you out on use)
