True, but you continue gaining skill points after 30, so to truly "maximize" you need to also do all the achievements.

Tons-o-passives in the weapon trees.

it is low lvl cap but it really is quite a awesome game im lovin it so far

The low level cap is there for a reason.

DCUO is focusing mostly on end game, and they understand that because there are literally millions of ways you can viably make a character, people will be making tons. They dont want people to have to spend months leveling a new character just to experience end game content. You can easily level from 1-30 in 2 days if you play like most people play wow. I casually leveled to 30 in less than 4 days.

i agree with morkaiz just hit 30 yesterday and started in on my duos, and yeah thats one of the coolest ideas imo. took me back to a time when a pally buddy of mine would go duo stuff for the fun of it :P

Its odd having fun in an MMO again. So used to semi-sleeping through WoW its kind of a shock to the brain.

considering the way the groups can be made yeah it puts thinking to good use lol. did all my duos after i hit 30 with another damage role aside one that was a control. really makes you watch how you pull.
