An ideal applicant should:
Be able to make all raids with an overall raid attendance of 90% or higher.
Be able to post on the forums when he/she is unable to make a raid (1-2 days notice++).
Have the desire to log in and be on early to down progression content as well as farmed content.
Have a working microphone and Ventrilo, and know when to use them.

Our trial period is about 2-3 weeks. During this time you are still able to link for gear upgrades though with very rare exceptions members will always get priority over trials. We use a loot council system voted on by our GM and officers. At the end of your two week period a decision will be made whether to extend your trial, accept you as a member, or to remove/demote you.
