Just my opinion, druids. Battle rez is such an encounter changing skill, much to important to pass up.
There is no poll.
And I'd say Hunter. They are pretty much "mandatory" with their utility combined with awesome ranged DPS.
Shammies. Good old fashioned bloodlust + healing stream + str/agi + armor + caster/melee haste + int equal to AI
Druids because they are powerful healers with B rez.
Us shaman.
Bloodlust + Totems (to fill missing buffs like +agi/str, +Sp, healing stream - with glyph increases some spell resistances to 195 i believe), mana stream, mana tide)...also we have Reincarnation.
Would've made more sense to make a poll asking for the most unwanted class.
Druid IMO. Unforunately this is the only class my ten man doesn't have.
all classes are needed
Druid.. A good one can be a raid saver.
Always love having a druid with its battle rez <33 and they can fill many rolls as well
Mage, because I would never be able to live without my boyfriend, cookies, Time Warp, portals and his awesome dps.
Was a tie for me between Druid and Paladin, but I went with Druid just because Rebirth has literally turned disasters into success for my guild at times.

Every class brings something to the raid, but mostly none of them unique anymore. If u want bloodlust, u can skip a shaman and bring a mage etc. u know the deal.
My vote on poll was druid, due to battle res which is very unique and a wipe-saver most of the time. No other resurrection skill is powerful as that, reincarnation is shammy only on a high cd and soul-stone only for predictable deaths. Battle res is by far the most useful one. This class definitely be in a raid group.
Tho there's a second alternative, which are shaman I say, pref elemental. This tier of raid requires lots of interrupting duty, and the 6-sec cd interrupt is mostly doing two-man's job solo. Especially on 10-man raids. Range interruption make so much difference.
How in the world would a rogue be the most important class? It's got 1 vote so far...
