Will Blizzard Ever Fix Golshire on Moonguard?

So...does Blizzard have any plans to fix the shenanigan occupied town of Goldshire on Moon guard? I remember back in BC, you could walk into Lions Pride Inn and have asome high quality RP, my Hearthstone was always set to there. Now, me and my guild buddies never go there any more because it is flooded with sadistic morons and immature teenagers, and everyone's naked, 24/7. I'd like to be able to go back into the inn one day, sit down, have a nice meeting with my friends without all of the chaos taking place and the local chattering spammed with crap.

Edit: seriously considering transferring over.to Wyrmrest Accord just because of this.

Nothing they can really fix. Moon Guard's Goldshire has become it's own game-wide legend, and it's perpetuated by people who come from other servers to see it for themselves. It's a vicious cycle, which has left the Moon Guard community largely sore on the issue due to the fact their server is being given a bad name by the actions of off-server individuals rolling up low-level characters on Moon Guard.

I'm guilty of going on this server and... Well I can't even remember what I did though I think I have a facebook picture of it somewhere. Or it could have been Argent Dawn EU which is the equivalent to Moonguard US.

There isn't really something to fix, every server has it good and bad sindes.. If you want to RP there are plenty of other rpservers.

There is 100 or more inns in the game, if you don't like the smell in that one, move to another. Problem solved. Stop the whine!

Moon Guard remains the best roleplaying server by far. Just need to avoid it's Goldshire, for obvious reasons.

Isn't Goldshire on RP servers linked via CRZ?

In any case, there's usually some decent RP in Stormwind at the inns and/or in Darnassus (esp if you like night elf/druid RP), so feel free to check that out in the meantime.

Goldshire on Argent Dawn EU is the exact same. We tend to pretend it doesn't exist, and it only serves to scar newly created humans.
On the other hand, Lakeshire is quite nice and not too far.

Azeroth is huge but no, people can't do whatever they want just in GOLDSHIRE because your guild can't RP there...

From what i've seen throughout the time i've roleplayed, most of the people who complain obsessively about Goldshire usually have a secret alt or two parked there for obvious reasons.

Just roleplay elsewhere; Goldshire is a tiny part of the world.

I like how RPers are saying that players on normal servers shouldn't judge them, yet they do exactly the same to the ERPers. I have been to RP servers and I've seen what you're saying. Maybe I'm weird but this doesn't bother me at all.

I don't roleplay or care for ERP but I must say I'd miss Pornshire, as would everyone, if it went away. Just find a new inn!

I transferred to Wyrmrest Accord to get away from it awhile back but then CRZ happened.

The thing I really don't like about it is there are a lot of children there around the ages 8-12 who are attracted to it for the 'family' RP and cat clan RP.

On the other hand, a lot of naughty business tends to go down in whispers or in addons like MRP. Sure, there's a lot of naked people screaming perversions on the surface but that's why I don't think Blizzard will do anything about it. Nakedness is a provided option by Blizzard and a lot of the sexual public chat that goes down is unfortunately considered the norm so it's rarely reported.

Funnily enough I met my now husband there while we were both trolling the ERPers giving them a hard time. Go figure.
