anyone know the place (video)

at 5:29 what is this place suppose to be called or anyone happen to know what the place is? don't know what it is about it. but it catches my eye and begs me to find out information about it.

Yeah, its Programmers Isle.
Its been removed from game and put on a separate server though so you won't be able to access it.

The design of the temple you see was intended to be part of the Dragon Isles (or something named like that) and was supposed to be next to Westfall. It never made it in the game though, like many of Blizzards Projects.
You can still see the Dragon Isles in Warcraft by the way.

Programmer Isle was accessible in Vanilla wow and I think a patch or 2 in TBC as well.

GM/designer's island was a different place.
