so is there a new recipe for rocket boots for lvl 85 gear becuase every time i try to use the nitro boots from wrath it tells me I'm not allowed, but yet while watching videos of boss fights i have seen a number of people rocket boot across a area to get out of shit...and i know their not switching boots becuase you can't in combat
It was changed so for some reason its now attatched to a belt instead of your boots. I didnt change it until a couple of weeks into Cata which may explain your problem
