Azeroth: It's a Small World After All
First off, I want to say that this guy knows that Azeroth is scaled down in-game for convenience. So don't flame for that.
I was going through the official forums today and noticed this little number crunch-fest:

I must say that I'm intrigued that our in-game world is so small. Gives you something to think about before you complain that it takes too long to travel.
Who's in favor of an Azeroth theme park now?
Does not like cats.
That is....actually really intense. Im not usually one for math, but that really gripped me. Amazing that someone had the time and intellegence to calculate all that. Wow!
I've often wondered about the actual size of Azeroth, but never had the much needed math skills to even come up with a rough figure. Thats pretty damn cool!
Its so doable now, its not even funny! That should be Blizzards next big venture.
