How can I improve my frost offspec

Do you guys see anything that could use some tweaking? D:

I tend to be the tank that switches to dps on bosses that only require one tank. So, I am trying to perfect my off spec.

would not go for chaotic meta requirements, buy crit/spellreflect one and gem all red also as the strength gems should be more of a dps gain even with our killingmachine crit talent
also for 4.0.6

and 26 expertise

spec is fine with 4.0.6 i'd pick endless winter

oh and enchant the blues
