[A] 9/12 Mon-Thur 25man Raiding: Recruiting DPS & Heals

Redefined on Blackhand (PVE - CST), is recruiting serious, mature players for Cataclysm, who are thirsty to progress and make a difference in 25 player endgame content. We are a team of adult raiders, most of which have been playing together for over 4 1/2 years (guild established 6/06).

Current Progression:
TotFW: 1/2 (25)
BD: 5/6 (10/25)
BT: 3/4 (10/25)

We are currently accepting applications for the following players: (core raiding spots - high priority)
DPS:

1 - Ret Paladin
1 - Warrior
1 - Hunter
1 - Feral

Healers
1 - priest
1 - paladin
1 - druid

We will also consider any application that we think is exceptional and we save all applications for any future openings as well.

Players we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

Adult players who know their class.
Show to raids with full proper class consumables on time.
Have very high situation awareness.
Appropriate gear/spec for content (ilvl 340s min).
Are able to deal with raid performance criticism without dialing the suicide assistance hotline.
High speed-low latency Internet.
Computer and graphics card able to deal with raid content.
Have Vent, Deadly Boss Mods/Bigwigs/Deuce, and Skada/Omen, installed and up to date.

Our current raid schedule is Mondays – Thursdays 8 PM CST to 11 PM CST. We expect applicants to be able to attend at least 75% of the raids.

We are tight group that not only has a single focus of progression, but wishes to enjoy the time in-game we spend together. We are looking for not only a player that has the talent, but will also fit in well with the social dynamics of the the guild.
