Raptor Glyph effect

I know this may be a moot point when patch drops if everyone rolls Marks, but for now does anyone know if the Raptor Glyph effect has an icd to it? I know alot of abilities in wow have a (effect cannot occur more than X times in X minutes, or something to that effect) associated with them. I briefly glanced over the forums for an answer so I apologize if this has been discussed before and I missed it.

There is no ICD. It's limited only by Raptor Strike's 6 second cooldown.
