<Kamikaze Ewoks> Stormrage (A) is a 10-man progression guild founded to "push the envelope" in regards to raiding and player development in World of Warcraft. We are composed of players that strive for perfection in individual as well as group environments.
We are looking for extremely aggresive minded players to join our team as we progress through Cataclysm. We want people who don't have to be told to research strats, use dps pots, or be online early. We want every member to be stellar at any spec that they are asked to play and to play it without complaint. We keep a raiding roster of anywhere between 12 and 14 members. This means that you will be asked to take your turn on the bench. If you are the type of person who can't cope with sitting for a boss or two, then this is not the team for you. If your job or family life prevents you from coming fully prepared with proper consumables, then this is not the team for you. If you play this game solely for decking your toon out in purple gear, then this is not the team for you. We play this game to kill bosses and conquer content that a healthy portion of the player base will never do.
Our trial process lasts between one and three weeks. During this time, the raid team as a whole will be monitoring all of the good things that you bring to the table and then weighing them against the things that we would consider flaws. If at any point in time the majority of the raid team feels that you are a shoe in or wasting our time, we will vote amongst our selves and either promote or remove you. If accepted into the raid team you will be given all of the perks that all of our raid team receives such as buff food, flasks, and free repairs.
Our raid times are from 9p-12a EST on Mon-Thurs. An optional raid is offered quite often on Sundays and it has filled every time its been offered so far.
We handle loot via /roll AT OFFICERS DISCRETION. If you can't cope with the fact that you may very well lose loot fair and square to the rng gods, then this is not the team for you. We want players that can put up a top 200 parse or be extremely close to doing so regardless of how many pretty pixels they have.
WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPS FROM ALL CLASSES AND SPECS.
CLASS IN HIGH DEMAND AT THE MOMENT ARE:
-DEATHKNIGHT-This person needs to be able to play all specs at a top level and do it without complaint.
-Druid (Boomkin/Resto)-Majority of your time will be spent as Boomkin. You should still be able to heal like a beast on those nights that it is needed.
-ALL TOP NOTCH DPS!!!

Take pride in your app. Any skipped sections or half ass answers will result in the app being trashed. Any hounding of our members as to the status of your app will result in it being trashed. If you are not contacted in game within 10 days of the day you submitted your app, then it is safe to say that we do not feel that we can use you at that time.
