Dranei/Human racials

Which racial will be more beneficial for 5 man heroics/10 man raiding in 4.0.6? The 3% spirit or the dranei's new HoT heal? Anyone have opinions from testing on the PTR etc.?

The choice of your character's race is a rather subjective thing. Usually, threads such as these tend to get a lot of "play what you want" replies, and generally end up useless. As such, it's forum policy to close these kinds of threads (as well as "what class should I play" threads).
