I use 300int for everything except endbosses (Cho'Gall, Al'Akir and Nef) because those three fights are really long and I tend to use a lot of mana on them.

Using Int for all normal modes and spirit for all Hard Modes (Halfus excluded)

The INT flask gives slightly less mana regen than the SPI flask. So I prefer the INT flask, since it gives throughput, crit and it increases my mana above 100k. (Yes, I don't have an INT trinket yet. Gief patch!)

I use Int for Disc
And Spirit for Holy
As i raid with a resto shaman who uses his Mana Tide on CD i get heaps back
