Strikes of Opportunity - damage lower than autoattacks

Over a course of several raids I have noticed that my average hit damage of Strikes of Opportunity is lower than the average hit damage of my auto attacks. It is almost exactly 10% lower for me. Are there any talents that affect auto attacks but not Strikes of Opportunity?

Sounds weird... Could it be that recking blow doesn't affect Strikes of opportunity?

hmm, you might want to throw a link for your armory cause that shouldn't be the case for us to look at, for me me attacks are about 100 apart on average looking at my last dps log.

If this is statistically proven, i'd give my guess to two handed specialization as Strikes of Opportunity do not need a weapon to be unleashed.

Edit: It seems about the same for me just as well.

I'd say it's 2h specialization as Strikes of Opportunity does not need a 2hander to proc.
