Why aren't the RIP / RAKE nerfs in the official patch notes?

I thought they were getting nerfed, but I dont see them in the official patch notes.

What are you talking about? Try and read it again, slowly. You will then see that both Rip and Rake gets a 10% nerf.

DD, still going to be retarded but hopefully people won't be dropping 20-30% hp when the druid isnt even near them
