    Strength of Soul in 4.0.6

    Is the change to Strength of Soul that Greater Heal and Flash Heal will reduce weakened soul by 4 sec still happening? It's not in the patch notes :/

    Yes.

    PTR Patch notes tend to suck by referencing updates not in them, or blah. But the change is there.
