An easy way to explain my views are (in simple terms, based on runescape)
Melee > Range > Mage > Melee
in an image it looks like a triangle
I felt this system worked, and is how pvp should be in an mmo

I have enough of EA ruining great franchises and studios, forcing DRM and Origin on their games, releasing incomplete games only to sell day-1 DLCs or spill dozens of DLCs, and then saying it, and microtransactions, is what players want, stopping players from giving EA games poor reviews, as well as deflecting complaints with cheap PR tricks.
I'm not going to buy any game by EA as long as they continue those practices.
I hear they wiped on a wave defense fight. Not enough tanks.
Oh I get what you're saying, and classes will never all be on equal footing with every other class. It's impractical and illogical to have it be so. The entire point of team oriented PvP is to bring classes that are specialists in certain areas and cover eachothers' weak spots.
My car only works one in 10 times I try and use it, my computer maybe 1 in 20 times... I suppose I should be happy they both work.
Again - FACT, the current system IS broken, if you don't acknowledge that - then I think your QQ is in the wrong forum.
The question isn't if it is broken, the question is - how is it broken.
Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
If I'm playing a game of chess with my friend (and subsequently losing, because I'm horrible at chess), we have the same amount of pieces on the board with which to play. If I had *just* one pawn and *just* two rooks, and he had the standard chess set-up, I'd get my ass kicked not because of player skill, but because of balance issues.
In WoW, you don't want to get your ass handed to you by someone who can promptly place their face on their keyboard and roll around for a few minutes. You want things to be *as balanced* as they can be so after, when you own someone, you actually feel like you did something that required dexterity, coordination, quick-thinking, and on the fly adaptation.
say for me you are a troll and are just trolling plssssss, if not...
seriously you are the noobish i ever seen, you really think if the classes are perfectly balanced they will always draw?
skill? gear? diferent playstyles of each class? this things dont say nothing to you? OMG /facepalm
Yo dawg, I heard you like trolling so we put a troll post in your troll thread so you can troll while you troll!
Never play leapfrog with a unicorn.
Arguing to argue? No, arguing because your analogy is flawed to the point it is invalid? Yes. There is no application of that hilarious scenario to WoW. If you're going to defend your point, actually defend it. It's ill befitting to accuse others of arbitrarily being contrarian simply for undermining your logic. WoW PvP is not a 1v1 endgame of 2 equally equipped opponents. It was not meant to be, and there is no reason to make that comparison. Chess is not a "team sport" just because you have multiple pieces on the board. The notion that the two are worthy of comparison is, to be honest, almost farcical.
