Fire Power talent as Frost spec

I was thinking about moving the 2 points I currently have in Netherwind pressence to the Fire power talent, increasing my FFO and FFB damage, as well as getting explosions.

What do other mages think?

Well, how much of a percent of your overall damage do FFO and FFB add up to? Multiplying that by 1.02 and finding the difference would show you your DPS gain from that talent. After that, factor in your slower FrB, which yield less BF and FoF procs, then increase your GCD and you can see how much DPS you lose by removing that 2% haste. Whichever yields the highest DPS is the path you should go with.
