4.0.6 frost pve stats

Pre-4.0.6 it was hit>int>crit till cap> mastery>haste. With FB dmg buff, will haste be much better that mastery?

From what I read before, haste and mastery were pretty much on par, since they fed each other: more haste = more FoF procs = more benefit from mastery over the course of a fight. More mastery = harder hits with FoF, but less charges of FoF if you reduced your haste in favor of mastery.

Not sure how it will stand in new patch, but my guess is that haste pulls ahead due to increased FB damage, though (as Direwolfx corrected me in: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-mage-Mastery.) our damage from the same total amount of mastery (aka 8 or 12, not the mastery rating like 760) seems to be slightly higher in 4.06 than on live.
