Classic - Blackwing Lair
Burning Crusade - Karazhan probably, although I enjoyed Lady Vashj and Kael'thas
Wrath of the Lich King - Ulduar and Malygos, lvl80 Naxxramas was crap, Toc10/25 was even worse, ICC was decent
Cataclysm - Not sure, either Blackwing Descent or ThroneAlyana - Terenas EU (Main)
Sharlenedk - Ragnaros EU (alt)

from a nostalgia perspective....karazhan since it was the first time i actually got serious about raiding
from an overall perspective ulduar just because that place was so damn fun. i loved how every fight was something pretty crazy and new at the time
