Idk, I've gotten so used to avoid using starfall on anything but a boss, I won't pop it any other time. Really the only fight I'm happy to press it is on Magmaw /w the adds. Otherwise I'm scared to pull everything and have to listen to my GM rage.

I tested it once on trash in Grim Batol and it didn't hit any mobs, except their pets and we got wtfpwnd.

What I want to know while on the subject of the new target picking mechanic for Starfall is: do CCed mobs count as in combat? If the answer is "some", which do and which do not?

I think CC which is done before engaging the combat will count for "not in combat", or just particular type of cc.. for example, if you poly a mob which is in a group, the rest of it will attack you.. BUT if you sap it.. the rest will stand still and do nothing.. I think that difference is here..
