We delay Chimera for the Careful Aimed phase. But after Careful Aim, do we prioritize it over a hard casted Aimed Shot?
I don't see why you would delay it. I was getting 30k crits on random mobs simply self buffed. So I would imagine not during CA Chimera Shot would be good to keep on cooldown.
