Hey guys,
I've recently started using a ping service to get my ping back down to 200 from 600(Yeah go aussies!) and because of the routing that occurs when I use the service Blizz recognises that my IP has changed and flags my account for a Password change. That's all well and fine, I've done it twice already with no problems at all and was at the stage where i setup a exe file to ensure that I always connected to the same routing server so it stopped happening.
However, today I went to log on and got the same Account Locked go follow your email instructions message upon entering my PW, BUT I haven't received any emails from blizzard so I can't reset my password... I've tried going to the Bnet website and requesting another password reset but same problem
My question to those reading is am I alone in this or is a current problem? I can't post on blizz forums because of the Bnet accounts being tied together so can't log in
