Ret expertise stacking

So according to Redcapes stat weightings mastery is now our best secondary stat, haste our worst. I've noticed that a lot of mastery gear comes hand in hand with expertise, of which we only need 16 rating. I was wondering whether dropping GoSoT and stacking expertise/mastery gear to 26 would be a better than the glyph and some reforged crit/haste gear? I know how strong that glyph is but I am not aware of any thoughts on the idea, wondering if anyone has any napkin math on it and whether it would be viable. Cheers.

Keep the glyph and reforge

Even with reforging, you may find yourself with a little bit of extra expertise - just leave it be, you risk losing some DPS if you try going without GoSoV
