No display during ANY Blizzard game

Was doing a dungeon run today, when my video card literally shat its pants - screen tearing and then the screen tears began to rapidly flash and blink.
Alt-F4'd to no issues. Restarted wow - and I get the cursor and music over a black screen.
Tried Starcraft 2, same issue. I see the game-specific cursor, hear the music, but no display otherwise.
Opened up batlefield bad company two - no issue.

Any clues?

Had a problem looking like that some time ago where the pixels on my screen when i opened games etc, just got rip over.. it was the shaders (?) in my graphic card, and the only solution was to simple buy a new one.

Updating the driver seemed to fix it.
Interesting issue, though.
