What is expected of you:
- 100% Attendance is not mandatory but will reflect on your ability to get into raids. If you consistently show up, you consistently get in. 75% attendance for the month is expected.
- Must read strats and come to raids prepared with all the raid consumables (flasks provided by guild bank).
- A hunger for raiding and improving on an individual and group level.
- Must have a reliable connection.
Loot System:
We have always used a loot council since the beginning of the raiding days. Loot is awarded based on your loot history, attendance and performance.
About us:
Muteki is the oldest raiding guild on the Eonar Server, established back on Nov 29th 2004. A solid core of members still play today. We strive to provide a mature raiding and organized raid environment where we can quickly correct and modify play on the idividual and group level. Our goal for the last 6+ years has always been progression, while simultaneously providing a fun an welcoming environment to hang out in. With the coming of Cataclysm we have recently started supporting PvP events within the guild.

We have two primary tanks, but are looking for another tank to help share the load with. Another tank helps with fights like Nef and heroic Halfus, pally would be prefered. Flexibility to swing between dps and tank mode is prefered.
