I have a 60GB SSD with only Windows on it, along with shitter programs (chrome, virus scanner, Adobe Reader, driver and hardware program, and stuff like that). I moved all the "My Documents" stuff to my HDD. I'm sitting at 38 gigs used. My windows folder is at 15.2GB though. IIRC, 27GB used sounds about right from a fresh install.

I'm running Win7 x64 Ultimate. My Windows folder is 16.5GB. My hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys are another 7GB. So I'm looking at roughly 23.5GB.

I know that you were talking about RAM capacity. The OP (and the entire thread) is about disk usage. So your comment was completely irrelevant.
