6.5/10 (speaking as someone who wouldn't listen to this. I can see what it does good for this type of music, and I can't say it's bad.)
Not expecting this to be highly rated as it takes years for some people to be able to appreciate death metal. (Technical death if we're talking about Nile) If you can be bothered give this a full listen to become immersed. Don't skip the intro!

I've listened to various genres of metal for years and never really made it to the top of my list. The song's not bad as far as metal goes. Having studied Egyptian and Mesopotamian mythologies makes me think metal's not a really apt genre for capturing it. I mean, I guess if it's a more fictionalized view of it (hence the addition of Lovecraftian concepts), it's alright.
Don't listen to current hip hop all that much, but Wu-Tang Clan is classic.
