I dont mind the new holy power mechanic or how its generated, one thing i do dislike is that it fades over time, and not a long period of time either. It feels like i waste 3 stacks more than i get to use them. Is there a reason it fades over time? I dont see how it would be OP, it may mess up rotations for ret but thats not really an issue. Prot could open with a SoR, holy would have a WoG stored just in case. Let me know what you think. (Or if this has been discussed before and deemed ridiculous)

It only fades over time out of combat, as far as I've noticed. This puts it in line with rage, combo-points, and runic power as well.
