Visceral of Alexstraza is a 25 man Alliance raiding guild looking to fill a few holes in its roster, in anticipation of conquering all hardmode Cataclysm content. We are currently 2/13 HM (Halfus and Chimaeron down!).
As a guild consisting of (mostly) mature adults in our 20s who enjoy facing and taking down challenges together, we try to avoid things that ruin the fun like drama, bad players, giving people grief over real life commitments, and so on. We are looking to recruit a few more mature, intelligent raiders who thrive on intense progression raiding and effective teamwork/strategy. You will be expected to have fairly high raid attendance, know your class inside and out, be willing to optimize your spec/gear for an encounter, and be willing to recognize and correct your mistakes. Learning quickly is a must, to keep things moving along and enjoyable for everyone, and being able to contribute to strategy development with knowledge and creativity is a huge plus.
