Was wondering what would be a good set up as far as specs go, for a good 10 man raid team?..Tanks? Dps'ers? Heals? normals and Heroics. And hopefully some HM's one day.

Hardmode, heroic, same thing.
6 Tanks all Fury spec.
9 Druids all Balance Spec
2 BM Hunters

PURE WIN
If the above doesn't make sense to you perhaps next time validate your question to us by having the respect of your potential answering party to post enough information we can even begin to tackle the answer.
10 man normal modes are doable with nearly every set up. Just take decent people and you're good to go.
2 Tanks 5 DPS 3 Healers is how we usually roll..depending on the fight and once you get better gear, you could swap 1 healer out for a DPS.
Our 10 man team is pretty nice overall. Here is our setup.
Tanks: Pally (MT), Druid (OT, Heals off-spec)
Healers: Pally, Shaman (Elemental off-spec), Druid (the OT), and Holy Priest (Shadow off-spec)
DPS: SV Hunter, Frost DK, Mage (Fire and Frost), Shadow Priest, Fury Warrior
The only thing I wish we really had in there was a Lock, but the comp is working out pretty nicely for us.

This is our comp, we got pretty much everything we need, except fortitude, but we use a scroll there.
Grp 3 are backup raiders that don't fancy raiding as much as the rest of us do, but they will step in from time to time. Grp 4 is their offspecs.
We got 2/12 hc atm on 10m.
