The ending of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
You have been helping Midna and become really close to that little sucker. Helping her home, getting rid of Zant and when the ending comes she tells you that she belongs as a princess as the Twilight Princess. Then she destroyes the mirror...
God damnit it was the only time I've gotten close to cry due to media/videogame.
Going trough the mirror alongside Morrigan at the end of Dragon Age Origins DLC Witch Hunt, and the conversation before (my warden and her were in love). Man, i felt Happy and Sad at the same time.
-"Don't leave me again"
-"but it could be really dangerous, where i'm going"
-"I don't care, take me with you!"
And I was like, awwwwwwwwww...
(for those of you who have played it, yeah i know the script is totally wrong, but i loosely translated it for the italian version <-<)
I was recently going through some old WoW YouTube videos, and came across the death of the Lich King video. I watched it, and was thinking on it, and realized what a truly moving video it was. The music, the voice acting, camera work, the script - everything - was spot on. It was amazing. It.. moved me. Such emotion in such a short amount of time.
So it got me to wondering; Has anyone else had a "moving/emotional" moment in a game - any game, really? Whether it was in-game, a cinematic, or which ever. Was it a sense of elation, or a sense of sadness? If it's available, feel free to post video links.
The Lich King's fall video is nothing compared to the quest chain involving Crusader Bridenbrad. If you've completed the chain and learned the history that inspired the quest chain, you'd be moved to tears.

Looks like you beat me to it.
Anywho, here's a brief synopsis of the chain:

The cinematic for the Wrathgate battle. I don't know why, I think it's a cord in the music that helps, but every time I watch it I get chills down my spine when the Forsaken play their trump card. Really cool lore moment.
Yeah I got a little choaked up seeing Bolvar laying there dying.
