Still seems buggy, I'm not 100% sure if I was rooted at all earlier today, but in my most recent SotA, I could not shift out and Distanglement was not listed in my general abilities. Spec swapping brought it back. Just an FYI, in case anyone else has this issue.
I was unable to shift in or out of roots/snares during arenas the other day, could not get it to work ever. It was pretty annoying considering all the teams with a frost mage. It's listed on the spec chosen page but idk about in the spellbook for me
