I was having fun, i was told and read hit is low on stat priority cool, then i read the changes with the new patch that damage on bleeds where nerfed a bit then shifted over to mangle and shred, Cool. So with this my mindset is hit is more important. Confirm or deny. And the trinket unheeded warning was changed with the patch is it worth getting?

Hit is slightly better than before, but still not worth getting it. Unheeded Warning with Fluid Death is actually the 359 BiS pair of trinket.
