Need some help with my Fire Gear and Macro's etc.

Hey Everyone,

I'm having some difficulty with my Fire Mage main at the moment, and I thought maybe you guys could give me a hand.

The things i'm looking to upgrade at the moment would be my wand and both my trinkets, any suggestions for upgrades?

I am also wearing quite a bit of PVP gear, although i am mainly PVE, the PVP gear just had better stats than my old gear, and i got it free from a guildie. Upgrades for those pieces would also be extremely appreciated.

At them moment i'm just aiming for 333/346 iLevel.

Also, i do not have any macro's at the moment, could any of you suggest some good ones?

If i have stepped over any boundaries or on any toes with this post, my most humble apologies.

In my opinion i would try to do some arenas for points get the wand, second http://elitistjerks.com/f75/t110326-...ge_compendium/ is your friend, try to get http://www.wowhead.com/item=56320 from heroic blackrock cavers also http://www.wowhead.com/item=56400 from lost city it could be a good start and macro wise im not really sure hope i was somewhat a help

Which wand can i get from Arena's?

and those two Trinkets seem decent, i'm assuming we get Sorrowsong for the Proc, not the mastery?

The other gear that needs replacing is the PVP gear, do i just run heroics and hope better gear drops, or is there rep/justice/valor gear that i can get instead?

I've done some research into gear from heroics etc, and i'm struggling to find gear that is better, but it might be because i'm a new 85 Mage, and i'm still not certain what weightings each Stat has, and i know we have our own individual stat weightings according to our gear, i've never been able to find a program which will analyse my gear and spit out what stat i should be aiming for next.

That edit above makes me seem lazy >.< but i didn't mean it like that, what i meant, is that when i tried RAWR, it looked like it only took the stat weightings for the one slot i had selected, which isn't of value as it doesn't account for the rest of my gear.

or is it still valid for a stat weighting?
