PCI Simple Communications Controller. No driver?

This is the only thing I can't seem to figure out, new system is working beautifully now after a few small hiccups but this still says there is no driver for it. Anyone have an idea what it might be?

Go to the device manager, check the details under properties and check the VEN and DEV codes. Put them into http://www.pcidatabase.com/ and see if it figures out what's causing the issue. Install drivers as needed.
