Recruitment Status:

We're in need of healing Shamans, Priests and Druids and,
1 Protection Paladin and 1 Protection Warrior urgently required. Must be geared for heroic mode tanking.

First Born Raiding is actively recruiting players of exceptional ability with dedication to progression. Any solid applications will be seriously considered no matter our recruitment status for your class.

We enjoyed good success in 10 man Cataclysm raids obtaining server first kills for Cho'gall and Atramedes before turning our attention to 25 man. Current progress in 25 man is 10/12 but we have already started heroic 25 man encounters and today achieved our Heroic Halfus 25 man kill.

We expect a lot from our members, but you will be repaid by the same level of commitment and dedication to progress from your Officers.

Our raid nights are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 19:00 - 23:00. Raiders will be expected to have a 75% attendance minimum. You will also be expected to sign in or out of raids so teams can be set in good time.

Members of FB are expected to abide by the following set rules:

1. Prepare for your raids by coming equipped with Class Specific food, Flasks, Potions, Bandages, Scrolls and any other consumable required to boost your character's performance.

2. Know and understand your role in encounters you will be facing. It is not acceptable to rely on the research of others and expect to be constantly guided. Members will be chosen by their ability to think on their feet and react immediately.

3. You are expected to do everything that is possible to improve your character. If there are crafted items available which would be an upgrade for you, you will be expected to obtain those items instead of waiting for drops. Gemming and enchants also must be of the highest quality available. Constructive criticism may sometimes be offered by your relevant Officer. This will be done either to help you improve your own performance and thus benefit the guild as a whole. It is in our common interest that every member is the best they can be.

4. All the required add ons must be installed as well as the Voice comms programm relevant for our server. During encounters chatter on vent will not be accepted, unless relevant for the fight.

5. Expect to be rotated or switched for the benefit of guild progress. This also means being available for standby.

6. Drama and personal issues will not be tolerated in guild. If you have an issue, take it up with your relevant Officer in private and it will be addressed by that Officer at an appropriate time. You can trust your Officers to deal with problems accordingly so it is in your own interest to highlight any issues.

7. Major decisions about the guild may be opened up to vote by members. You will all be expected to keep up to date with activites and topics on the forum.

8. Tentative on the calender is considered the same as decline. We simply cannot plan groups with maybe's, and it isnt fair when we have to tell other members that there might or might not be a raid tonight.

9. New applicants will be expected to have a minimum item level of 340. This is to allow you to participate in our content. We also expect you to have the rep relevant to your class which will grant you your epic rewards. Therazane rep should also be well above honoured to allow you access to shoulder enchants. Ensure your gear is porperly enchanted and gemmed or your application will not be considered seriously.
