With the launch of Cataclysm, <Endeavour> is ready to raid and has stepped foot into T11 content; successfully killing several bosses in the first week of release. Many of our core members have quickly made their way to 85; pushing into heroics and maxing their professions. We are currently recruiting for both PvE and PvP content. Endeavour is a loot council based guild. Upon joining you will be given a 3 week trial period. You will still be able to receive loot during this period if we find you outperforming main raiders, or the loot is not needed by main-spec raiders. After 3 weeks you're moved to raider status. Loot is based on attendance, performance, and seniority. We require that you make all raid days due to only being a 3 day a week raiding guild. We are looking for consistent players only please!
