Outside of heroic raids, is there any better cloak?

I would imagine http://www.wowhead.com/item=58190 to be slightly better. The strength on the PvP is slightly higher, and while strength is king, I would imagine the two very useful stats on the Valor Point one to beat the loss of 11 str.

Yeah, it looks pretty similar once I reforge everything around. I can't decide if that's slightly better or about equal.

134 of any dps stat > 11 strength, I know that much. So the valor cloak is the way to go.

If you have bunch of gold sacks, you can buy http://www.wowhead.com/item=67140/dr...nimitable-fate for around 10k golds (depend on your server) with similar stats and use VP on something else. Reforge haste to mastery and you're good to go.

The Valor Point cloak is the best ilvl359 one on it's own, but fitting in that expertise can get tricky once you have the tier helm, Heart of Rage and Valor Libram.

The vicious glad libram becomes better when you have problem with exp.More str and crit from the valor one.
