Help w/Disc pvp rotation

My rotation:

1: SW:P
2: SW:S + Renew
3: Penance
4: Mind Blast
5: DPlague
6: Heals

Should I use Holy Fire as well?

I'm assuming he wants to know how to maximise damage as disc.

Correct. For example, when I played as Shadow I would use SW:P & DP then Mind Flay or Mind Blast with SW. As a Disc priest should i even use Dots? This is my first character.

Here's how I do my dps rotation as disc in HCs, I have no idea if it's the best:
SW: P, DP, Holy Fire, Smite x 3, Penance, SW: D, repeat from Holy Fire until dots need renewal
