Cata spell reflect macro, arms warr

So my Spell reflect macro requires me to smash my key 3 times. Anyone got anything better?
I wouldn't mind having to hit the key-bind twice seeing how I dont have to switch stance anymore, but atm, I have hit it once to equip the 1 hander, then again for the shield, then again to cast spell reflect.

    I'am currently using

    #showtooltip Spell Reflection
    /equip MYBADSHIELDSNAME
    /equip MYBAD1HANDEDWEAPONSNAME
    /cast spell reflection

I think you need to have the 1 hander before the shield, that may cut you down to 2 clicks.

    #showtooltip Spell Reflection
    /equip MYBAD1HANDEDWEAPONSNAME
    /equip MYBADSHIELDSNAME
    /cast spell reflection

Yeps seems to work with 2 hits, not that weapon switches require GCD, but is a big improvement tyvm

This is by far the best macro, it IS faster than the normal ones.

    #showtooltip Spell Reflection
    /stopcasting
    /cast Spell Reflection
    /equipset 1HSPVP
    /cast [stance:3] Defensive Stance

make an equipset with your pvp gear + 1h and shield and call it whatever u like (for example): 1HSPVP

If your in battlestance it will not go to def stance, but if you are in berserker stance, it will go to def stance

I think he means key presses. Not sure.

OT is it possible to make a /castsequence macro like for Warbringer?
