We did this for the first time today, killed him on our 3rd try. Here's our setup and strategy:

    Tanks:
    Paladin (me)
    Druid
    Death Knight

    Healers:
    Shaman
    Holy priest
    Paladin

    DPS:
    Warlock
    Hunter
    Enhancement shaman
    Priest

Release everything but slate. DK picks up whelps, time and storm. Paladin picks up halfus. Druid picks up nether scion. Blow damage reduction and damage cooldowns early. Druid and Paladin swaps halfus and use HoP/Divine Shield to clear debuffs when they can.

    Kill order:
    Storm - Time - Whelps + Nether - Halfus

Had a couple of people die to the 2nd furious roar, but at this point he was taking to much damage we still did it with 20s to go on the enrage.

This was our first heroic kill, and we just killed nef first time this week.

The tanks rotate Halfus around to deal with the healing debuff. Usually take 3-4 stacks each.
Reset stacks with Hand of Protection if its avaliable.
Release Storm Rider, Nether Scion and Whelps. 1 tank on each Dragon and one tank on Halfus, then whenever a new tank taunts halfus the previous tank taunts his dragon.
AoE whelps down, then release Time Warden as soon as their dead.
Then DPS storm rider down, Nether Scion and then Time Warden.

    This was done Pre-nerf
nearly the same here, but we release time warden after storm rider died. But I think that's just a matter of taste
