Assassination PvP talents and Gear(helm)

Hey! I have a three questions:
1.Which talent is better for PvP? Opportunity (3/3) or Improved Recuperate (2/2, (Opportunity 1/3))? Does better recuperate worth decreasing 20% of mutilate and garrote damage?
2.What about CttC? Are you using using SnD in the arenas and BG's?
3.And question about PvP helm, Vicious Gladiator Leather Helm or Engineering goggle, i really cant decide.
