20.2 and 7% body fat, though as people have said bmi is fail, i know of people who apparently obese in bmi terms but are ripped, it doesnt take into account muscle is denser than fat.

1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
2) Unrack
3) Crank out 15 reps
4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
I'm sitting at 17.9 so apparently I am currently underweight, that is a bit weird.
BMI is a broken system.
It measures of average height and weight, and it has no calculation for muscle tone. In order to be considered normal in terms for BMI you have to be thin, but slightly muscular/fat.
So my BMI is: 26.2, but I really do not have support for this broken system.
In order to be 'normal' you need to be around 185 pounds, no matter the height, for males and I think it's 150lbs for females.
My BMI according to this site is 23.9
That makes me perfect
24.6 here. in decent shape but i wouldnt complain about dropping a few pounds.
28, but I'm 6"2 with a 34" waist, something is wrong there.
25.1 But as most have said BS . In my case it's skewed by stomach troubles that lead to contiption. Fact is my ACTUAL weight is probably something like 175 or 170 which puts me in the healthy range.

5 ft 9 and weigh 152 lb
im quite surprised by that, im a gym-aholic and have a ton of leg muscle, i wonder what id be without my leg weight behind me.
18.9 According to the calculator. I know I"m unhealthy though. I don't exercise and don't eat right, I'm just a small person. I think the most I've ever weighed in my life was 120 lbs.

And yeah, BMI is a rather horrible way of measuring.
31.3
So that must mean I'm obese... not!
6'5 and 264 pounds. Not in 6pack shape but not too far from it either.
I heard BMI is 100% reliable and stuff.

Does this apple-chocolate-caramel-donut-candy-cake make my entire body look fat?
I waigh 10stone any idea what that is in pounds?
BMI is such a horrible tool. Not only does it not take muscle into consideration, its calculations are only ideal for people of average height, it will generally say shorter are underweight and taller people are overweight. While it might be good for extreme cases to show people how fat or skinny they are, finding out their body fat % and viseral fat levels would be much more meaningful.
