    If you have guild members that are grouping with other guilds to complete raid content, they in an immature way I would say, "well, if you like them so much then why dont you just marry them"
    But in all sense they need to find a new home, the only exception is that if you are not a raiding guild, they who cares if they go raid with another guild while staying in yours.

    That's a symptom, not the actual problem.

    THAT is your problem. THAT is what you need to resolve. Your tanks, your healers, need to BE THERE. They are the most necessary aspect of a raid. Not showing up is killing your progression.

    Leadership needs to address this issue and see what can be done and what needs to be done to ensure tanks and healers are always there. They started this problem, so that's where resolving it needs to begin. DPS wandering off to pugs is just an end result.
