Hey guys!

<Systemic> of Eonar is an end game progression guild that focuses on having efficient players, small raid core, and players with a competitive mindset. We usually maintain a roster of 27 - 33 raiders. We're looking for players who are experienced, dedicated, creative and intelligent.

Loot is distributed by an officer led loot council designed to reward players based on attendance, skill, and level of upgrade.

Raid Times:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (8pm - 12am EST) Invites go out at 7:45pm
There will be an occasional raids on Mondays if we think we are close to downing a boss.

The following classes are what we are mainly searching for at this point in time:

TANK


DPS

MELEE

(1) DK (dps)

RANGED

(1) Warlock
(1-2) Mage
(1) Ele Shaman
(1) Moonkin

HEALERS

(1) Preist (plays both)
(1) Holy Paladin

Exceptional healers are always welcome.


All of these spots are potential full time raid spots. Your performance will determine your raiding time.


Again, If you see your class is closed, feel free to apply anyways. Well geared / experienced players will be considered. There is no favoritism, so if you perform and are more reliable than an established raider, then the spot is yours. A small core guild is more conducive to guild progression and cohesion. THE NUMBER ONE REQUIREMENT FOR BEING IN THIS GUILD IS RELIABILITY.

Each raider will see some bench time for better raid composition or trying out the trials. If you are only raiding solely for loot, this is not the right guild for you.
