This is going to sound terrible. Naxx 25 man lol only because it was my very first raid and I still remember the feeling of being a noob and being in a raid it felt so epic even tho I did terrible dps. But with that said I thought ulduar was pretty legit and im loving BWD atm

Karazhan - The whole raid was fricking epic, but my favourite part would have to be the Chess thingy.
