No they don't, I've seen 2 of my friends die by the gun, you don't get a 'mild' spasm... with the 'guns' that they were using in C.S.I it wouldn't make someone spasm because the glock ain't that strong, if it was a machine gun it would...

Out of curiosity I had to see this for myself, and it was a pretty good show. CSI does a good job with all there episodes and bringing JB into the picture probably got them a ton of views.
